Weddings & Solemnisation

On 16 May 2010, Sonas & Lihsang had a very simple Solemnisation at Jurong Country Club with close friends & relatives. As a buddy of Sonas, I was suppose to be there to witness the whole event and enjoy the vegetarian buffet, but somehow I found myself slinging a Nikon 35mm F/2 + D700 on my left shoulder and a Nikon 85mm F/1.4 + D700 on my right shoulder… The rest of the story is as followed:

Look at those envy faces!

This is totally cool! Have you seen a bride using a DSLR and shooting during her solemnisation?

Lihsang’s mom was caught by surprise with her girl posing behind her 🙂

Special thanks to Sonas & Lihsang for letting me test my new lens combination on their solemnisation procession. Love you 2 & all the best! ❤

Steven & Joreen saw my photo express highlights during Sean & Serene’s wedding banquet last year December and decided engaged me to document their big day on 26 March 2010. Their wedding Banquet was held at Fort Canning Park, Singapore. It was a night of hugs, smiles, laughter and blessings for the the newly wed 🙂 Congrats to Steven & Joreen!

Everyone loves to blow balloons these days…

but some will over do it…  😛

All the hugs melts my heart~

You can also watch the the morning express highlights here, posted by Steven the groom 🙂

Sean & Serene had a special wedding, 1 wedding ceremony 2 wedding banquets, which had to be held on 2 separate days; 26th & 27th December 2010. It was a day of fun and 2 nights of food! Happy couple, happy guests & a happy photographer 😀

The day Ajin & Ardilles saw Chusna & Ayu’s actual day wedding photos, they were so touched, that they decided to sign up my wedding photography package without any hesitation. I would say a decision well-made, as they had to hold back their tears of joy at Mcdonalds, when viewing my photographs of their wedding day during 30th & 31st Jan 2010. A very touchy moments 😉

The nervous and tearful groom 🙂

Tears of joy flowing as Ajin puts on the ring for Ardilles.

Groom have to step aside for the sister kiss! oh poor groom =P

Isn’t it so sweet that your hubby always take a peek at you unknowingly 🙂

The contemporary granny! Totally COOL!

This is the part 2 of Chusna & Ayu’s 3 Day wedding. The 2nd & 3rd wedding day is more tearful compared to the 1st day… I was trying really hard to hold back my tears specially on the 3rd day… What can i say? I’m really a Sensitive New Age Guy 😛

You can also view Chusna & Ayu’s pre-wedding photos here.

Enjoy and all the best!

Chusna & Ayu’s Wedding is the biggest wedding I have photographed so far, which spanned across 3 days, from 11 to 13 December 2009. Therefore, this Artdate will be split it into 2 parts. Part 1 will focus on the solemnisation and Part 2 will be based on the wedding ceremony for both bride & groom family. This is really a touché wedding which i nearly cried while photographing.

Wow, finally i have time to Artdates with more Solemnisation & Weddings photos. On 29 December 2009, Fredy & Elysa had a simple Solemnisation in Singapore, witness by their relatives from Indonesia. A nice gentlemen and an elegant lady.

Special thanks to Maria Anastasia Meidiana for the recommendation. 😉

It’s finally time to upload all the recent few months of Solemnisation & Wedding photography. Lets start with the Solemnisation of Geok Loon & Christly on 19 December 2009. You might even notice the familiar faces as Geok Loon is Julian & Michelle (see http://www.arronteo.com: Julian & Michelle Solemnisation)

Christly’s father-in-law to be making a cheeky joke 🙂

Heavens is shedding tears of happiness for the couple!

Special thanks to Julian & Michelle

Chusna & Ayu had their pre-wedding photographs taken during their actual day wedding in December last year and it was a simple 2 hours of fun & sweet moments. Every little thing Chusna do will make Ayu smile and laugh, it’s really amazing to have a humorous hubby as the photo outcome is so natural.

Special thanks to Chusna & Ayu 😉

On 15 November 2009, beside photographing Roy & Nana’s Solemnisation @ Shabuhana Japanese Restaurant, I was invited for an authentic Japanese cuisine. Special thanks to Roy & Nana for being a lovely couple & gracious host. 😉
